    I see 230 to 240 volts at the panel on yachts behind houses here in Fort Lauderdale, or close to it with a 50% or better load on the cord. IF your wiring is sized appropriately, voltage drop should be very minimal. Up to 5% voltage drop is acceptable from source to outlet according to NEC. 114/228 should be lowest you see for single phase at your 50 amp plug. But anyways, anything under 205 volts is really too low IMO. FPL has an adopted standard of 120/240 and must produce within 5% of that +/- for single phase.
