i'm a looking for a charter broker to represent a 70 footer I captain and will be bringing back down to So FL/Bahamas for the winter. Any suggestion or advice? so far, it seems like 15+5% is the standard rate (5% as a central agent), but some want to charge an annual listing fee as well. is that common practice?
