sounds as if someone put a rubber grommet behind the zinc to stop vibration of the zinc. Why who knows, the Navy use to do this...
how about a crane to hoist and lower the pup..there's some out there for around $350.00 that'll handle 250 lbs.
I love mine (droid)..works great had to use it a coulpe of times when fuse blew to HDS
if you can talk to the P.O. and them to teach the systems I would really do it,or find someone that's been boating longer and have them help you...
4207 has more beam than the 36, and 6' more of boat would be a good thing :rolleyes: 36's over here are getting 35 to 45k if they sell.
everything I've seen vented is the way to go if you can..
speaking of a couple of those boats isn't there a tread on this site, where the some of those high dollar sport-fishers had hulls that came apart...

? why do you think older Carver hulls are weak ? And I do agree that I would put an ext. on any newer boats. But adding one to a 36/4207 would be...
that's not a bad price for the system, But wouldn't be high on my list of wants/needs..if you just bought this boat.:)
NYCAP, right on this a sewage tank is a nasty thing to mess with, smell amd off gases from it them can cause problems . Sensors can be installed...
great to here..I'm looking to install one on our 3607..any thoughts on what to look a head for..
hate to say it but if the P.O. didn't install a tank monitoring system, Then it's when it backs up.....you'll learn over time when to pump-out...
can switch the feeds. port to stbd , stbd to port to see if it still happens to the other engine ?
