1990 rpm...will get readings this evening on full throttle no load...under load full throttle will have to wait until the weekend
Not to hijack this thread, but my detroit 671ti s only burn 23 gph for both motors under load at 15kts...sounds like I am under propped? 4 blade...
No dogs will be kicked then sir!
Thanks...where on the heat exchanger? Side at the intake or outflow? Do you have to drain the coolent to change out? My motors are 1983 so...
Definitely doing both at once...mechanic said the marvel stuff has detergents in it that will break up the 30 year old crud that has built up over...
Detroit 671 TI motors...found 2 pencil zincs at the raw water intake cooler...where are the locations of the rest? Ideas?
Transmission fixed...it was valve body control valve...bad oring and teflon gasket...we will try again this weekend...question...my mechanic...
Wish my engine room looked like that!
Just take the mirror off or take measurements and bring it to a glass shop...they will make a new on for you
Remember...if you are too tall by a few inches, fill up with fuel and water, turn off your bilge pumps, and add water to the hull to lower you...
While colors didnt match but started ticking when key turned on...turn off when key went off...I am good and fortunate... thank you
Decided to build a bracket and mount them under them helmet as capt. Ralph mentioned...installing this weekend on the new motor so I can keep...
Pic wont upload..rustoleum topside paint..marine coatings...about 10 colors to choose from.. when you put the new mirrors in, use flat head screws...
Made a mistake... the paint is from rustoleum...pic attached...mark the mirrors where you want the hole drilled for the new hardware so it doesn't...
Remove the top track and the mirrors will tilt in to remove...bring the old ones to any glass shop and they can make them...4 mirrors and 4 cut...
Roger that...
