  1. New Splashes In The Sub-30 Meter Market

The sub-30-meter market is moving with a number of new models of follow-on models/upgraded models entering the market space currently. Competition is driving the space to not only be more pressed on younger design language and greater functionality and luxury in smaller footprints but also innovative in the idea of being sustainable and offering more responsible boating. Below is a look at the Riviera 645 SUV.
  2. The first is Riviera 735 SUV that has been recently revealed in October. The 24.26-meter vessel is now the flagship of this particular range and blurs the lines between a cruiser and many of the top-end super center-consoles that have came to market in the last 10 year. The exterior decks feature seating on the bow as well as aft but under the hardtop extension keeping you sheltered from the elements. The actual aft cockpit is open and likely setup to permit fishing. You can easily see the addition of a baitwell, a fighting chair and rocket launchers being installed in this area in a customized package. The cabin itself will benefit from a pair of sliding roofs, fore and aft.
  3. The vessel comes with a four cabin layout that will sleep a minimum of 8 guests and up to 11 guests overnight. Three of the cabins have ensuite facilities and the master suite which is the primary suite aboard is midships in the hull taking up to full beam on offer with king bedding as the centerpiece. There VIP-grade cabin is up front in the bow.
  4. The Riviera 735 SUV is being offered to customers with a pair of shaft-driven propulsion packages. Regardless, both utilize dual MAN V12 power to drive them. Taking a closer look, the standard option of the two will take the pair of MAN V12 2000 engines that output 2,000 horse power each. On the other hand there is the slightly more powerful MAN V12X 2200 setup which allows for 2,200 horse power per engine. In total that will be 4,400 horse power with the alternate engine package.
  5. Another entrant is on the smaller end of the under 30-meter bracket. The 11-meter Tiara 35 LX is expected to arrive in January 2027. The exterior and interior styling work has been kept in-house by the yard. A pair of Mercury Verado V10 outboards serve to power this vessel. These are 425 horse power each that combine to give 850 horse power strapped to the back. 1,552 LT of fuel can be stored onboard. Though the power for the vessel is known, the yard has not publicly said what the top-end is expected to be. This said vessel is expected to make its debut at the Miami International Boat Show (MIBS) in February, 2027.
  6. Cruisers Yachts also expanded their 45-foot models with the 45 VTR and the 45 VTR EC. The first is the more open model while the second is an enclosed version sitting on a similar platform. It follows a similar ethos from other builders like Saxdor, Axopar and Nimbus. The two yacht models would have made their debuts at the recently concluded Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS). In terms of performance, both the 45 VTR and 45 VTR EC are being presented with triple Mercury Verado outboards. For the owner or operator there is a choice of 300 horse power or 400 horse power engines that deliver a maximum of 1,200 horse power. Below is the enclosed version with triple outboard power.
